You receive an order acknowledgement by email so there is little point in a delivery note. We like to minimise enviromental impact and not including a delivery note saves paper.

 Has my order gone through ?   2008-09-09 23:26:28   When your order has gone through, order status will change from "PayPal Processing" to "Processing". You will receive a confirmation from us and a credit card payment reciept from the credit card processing company PayPal. 
 Has my payment gone through ?   2008-08-06 09:41:52   When your credit card payment has gone through you will see a thank you for your order screen, you will recieve a credit card payment reciept from the credit card processing company PayPal and your order status will move to Processing. 
 I can see more than one copy of my order, what is happening ?   2008-08-06 09:39:59   When credit card payment does not go through first time a new order is created for each attempt. Only the final, successfull attempt will be delivered. We do not ship orders that have not been paid for and duplicates are eventually deleted. 
 Are you able to send fabric samples/ swatches ?   2008-06-18 11:32:33   No, I am afraid we do not send fabric samples/ swatches. Our prices are too low to make swatches economic. If we want to check colours then please order through the website, with our 100% satisfaction guarantee you can send back any you don’t need for a full refund.
