Returns & Guarantee

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund.

To make a return please contact us by sending an email to sales@tiespecialist.com within 7 working days, requesting a Returns Number and quoting your order number and order date. It will help us to improve if you let us know the reason for the return. We allow you another week to return the goods after we send you the Returns Number which you should write on the package and on a note inside. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

We cannot accept returns from outside the UK unless by prior arrangement.

Your refund will be paid within six weeks. We do not refund the Flat Rate shipping charge on returned goods. We do not offer a free returns service because we keep our costs and prices as low as possible. If you need a change of size or colour we send a replacement free of postal charge. If you are exchanging because the item(s) were faulty or mis-discribed then no additional postage charges will apply.

If you are sending a return for an exchange product, for example for a different size or colour choice, we may levy a new postal fee and this must be paid before the new items can be shipped. 

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition in the original packaging.  For hygeine reason we are unable to accept returns on close fitting items such as shirts if they have been removed from the packaging. You must quote your order number with the return so we can trace your original payment and make your refund.

Please, please, please do not buy different sizes of the same item to try on and return the excess items later just because you are not sure of your size.  For your assistance we have provided a size and ordering guide for waistcoats. The men's waistcoats are a 'Classic Fit' this means that they are made to be a loose fitting. If you want a tight fit (for example,to go under a jacket) go down one size. The actual maximum size is alongside in brackets.

You may need to return or exchange a waistcoat, therefore before trying on please:-

- Ensure your hands a clean and dry- Undo all buttons
- Do not slip over your head whilst buttoned up.
Items returned for exchange or refund must be in an  AS NEW condition
