Address
Our ties are sent using 1st class post so you do not need to be in to receive them, however if you prefer we are happy to deliver to any other address (it does not need to match the credit card). You can therefore have product sent to your workplace or send ties as gifts.

Lost or damaged items
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
